Conversations is the largest annual business messaging event by Meta where they announce technological innovations, business messaging developments, and new features, as well as Meta’s plans for leading the shift in 'conversational commerce'.
The Challenge
We were commissioned by to create all the content pieces for their event in India. From launch videos to keynote presentations to social ads, our team needed to work hard to ensure that Meta's message was brought to life in the most impactful way possible. All of these tasks came with frequent meetings on top of a hectic production schedule, aggressive deadlines, and constant changes throughout production.
The Solution
Under the SCRUM framework, we ensured transparency through sprint meetings and real-time collaboration. Our deliverables included keynotes, case studies, product launch videos (WhatsApp Flows, Conversions API, Payments), and social media assets. While project managers synced directives via Asana and Workplace, our design and animation teams managed simultaneous video production and live brand monitoring for keynote edits.
The Result
A big splash. Our stylish, jazzed-up marketing videos caught everybody's attention, our keynote and ad designs gracefully set the tone of the entire event. Our client was not just happy with the quality of our work but in awe of our agility and professional mannerism in the face of a production storm. With incredible hard work over 3 months, we successfully helped Meta highlight some of the world's most popular messaging services like WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram with the global business community, completing all event assets on time and fuss-free.
