Oracle Red Bull Racing MX 2024

Oracle Red Bull Racing Formula 1 is an exciting experience that combines the thrill of Formula 1 with the opportunity to live unique moments and meet the protagonists of this adrenaline sport. Oracle, sponsor of the team, wanted to provide a special experience to its main partners, with talks, VIP access to the Hermanos Rodriguez racetrack and the chance to see Sergio “Checo” Perez in person.

The Challenge

We were tasked with covering the 3-day event with photography and video, producing two key deliverables for social media: a short, high-impact teaser video to spark interest, convey Oracle’s value, and build anticipation, and an integral recap video highlighting key moments, guest reflections, and Oracle’s role as a strategic partner—demonstrating how F1 technology can translate into business performance and profit.

Despite the short format, production was complex. We had to craft a focused narrative, navigate strict brand guidelines, coordinate feedback across time zones, and comply with tight security regulations—essentially, racing against the clock.

The Solution

The key was organization. We held planning meetings to define team roles, content goals, and messaging strategy. With the client’s help, we defined pre-selected speakers, outlined testimonials, and shaped a narrative arc in advance.

Despite a tight timeline, we maintained a rigorous review process to refine the final product. Multiple teams—editing, animation, design—worked in parallel across regions, ensuring continuous progress and real-time collaboration with the client.

The Reel Recap exceeded expectations, achieving higher engagement than other client content during that period. Its strong narrative and distinct style stood out while staying true to brand guidelines.
