In collaboration with WhatsApp Business's Social and Communications teams, since 2024 we have been tasked with producing a variety of dynamic videos to boost awareness, drive engagement, and build trust across their social channels. From event coverage in India, Indonesia, Brazil, and Mexico, to documenting a multi-city bus tour across India and a high-profile collaboration with Mercedes-Benz, our work highlights the global impact of WhatsApp Business.

The Challenge

Producing for a global audience requires navigating cultural and geographic complexities, a challenge Mediaverse embraces. An added challenge on this project is to create pieces that are original and engaging, while balancing adherence to brand guidelines, branded tone and style, and Meta’s vision of uniting the world through connection. By understanding WhatsApp’s vision and voice, we adapt our creative approach to suit every region seamlessly.
