WhatsApp Business partnered with us to craft an inspiring series of case study videos, highlighting how their platform empowers small businesses globally. Tasked with sourcing, interviewing, and producing these stories across four countries, we captured the transformative role of WhatsApp Business—a trusted, marketing-driven platform that helps build relationships and foster growth.

The Challenge

Creating a cohesive series of video case studies spanning six countries across two continents was no small feat. Balancing the portrayal of measurable business outcomes with authentic, heartfelt stories required precision and creativity. Our goal was to deliver narratives that would resonate deeply with a diverse, worldwide audience while showcasing the platform’s tangible benefits.

The Solution

Over six months, we orchestrated a seamless collaboration with four local production teams, conducting 13 shoots across cultures, languages, and time zones. Each story celebrated the unique identity and entrepreneurial spirit of the featured businesses and their founders. By maintaining consistent structure, messaging, and visual style, we delivered a polished and unified series.

The Result

We delivered an impressive library of 13 case study videos, enriched with sleek UI animations and on-brand graphics. Designed for use across events, social media, websites, and more, these videos will serve as powerful tools for Meta through 2024 and 2025. Each story brought to life the real-world impact of WhatsApp Business, connecting audiences with relatable, engaging narratives. From Mexico to Brazil, India to Indonesia, our work showcased how this platform fuels growth, trust, and innovation within the global small business community.
