We were commissioned to tell the story about the strategic alliance between the world’s largest CRM company and the messaging platform with over 2 billion users: a true power couple. With this collaboration, businesses will now be able to build WhatsApp messaging experiences for their customers and easily manage them from the Salesforce platform.
The goal was to create a short video announcing the strategic alliance between WhatsApp and Salesforce that would be showcased at the Dreamforce 2022 event in Silicon Valley. The video needed to work as an exciting announcement, but also as a demonstration of what this alliance entailed in practice for businesses and consumers, and for Salesforce.
Fiding a coherent sequence of stock footage, we created a short video showing the user's experience buying a product via WhatsApp, and how the selling company (Northern Trail Outfitters) created and tracked the process through Salesforce. Scripting, extensive hours of animation, creating a fictitious business and all its products, and off-screen recording are some of the stages that we went through to make this story happen.
The video got more than 90 press mentions, 32.000 blog post views, and 3.000 booth leads at the event.
